Hannah Hartley Named to Leadership Bowling Green Class of 2027

Please join us in congratulating our Chief Human Resources Officer, Hannah Hartley, on her selection for the Leadership Bowling Green Class of 2027!

Presented by the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Bowling Green brings together emerging and established leaders to explore our community, build meaningful connections, and inspire positive change across south-central Kentucky.

A WKU alumna with more than a decade of experience in human resources and organizational leadership, Hannah began her career scaling tech start-ups in Atlanta before bringing that expertise home to BRASS, Inc. She joined our team in 2021 and has since built systems, programs, and a culture that help our staff thrive — strengthening the team behind the advocates who show up every day for survivors across our ten-county region.

Hannah is also a passionate champion for women in leadership, carrying that commitment beyond the workplace and into the community, including her role as a coach for Greenwood Girls Lacrosse.
