Fall Wishlist Drive: Help Make a House a Home

Leaving shelter is a brave new beginning. For many survivors, it means stepping into a new apartment with little more than what they could carry.

This fall, BRASS, Inc. is collecting home essentials for survivors moving into transitional housing. We want their first night in a new place to feel safe, comfortable, and truly their own.

Our wish list is made up of everyday things many of us take for granted:

• Bedding and towels

• Pots, pans, and dishes

• Cleaning supplies

• Shower curtains

• Other basics that turn an empty apartment into a home

Every item helps survivors and their children settle into a new home with greater comfort and dignity.
