Will You Tell Anyone I Called?

Not unless you want us to. All of our services, including the crisis line, are confidential.

How Much Does It Cost to Use BRASS Services?

All of our services are free of charge.

If I've Been in Shelter Before, Can I Come Back?

Yes, there is no limit to how many times a person can return to shelter. Did you know that it takes an average of 5-7 times before a victim leaves an abuse for good?

How Long Can I Stay in Shelter?

As long as you are working towards self-determined goals and following shelter guidelines, there is no limit to how long a person can stay in shelter?

Will You Help Me with Housing?

We are only able to help shelter clients with housing, but through Any Door, a homeless individual may be able to access other community partners to assist in housing. Call our crisis line to find out more, or visit our Services page.

What Does It Mean to be a Victim of Domestic Violence or Intimate Partner Violence?

BRASS, Inc. recognizes domestic violence as the wielding of power and control over an intimate partner. Forms of abuse can include physical, sexual, mental/psychological, financial, or emotional.
